Proposal Request for Golf Course Management
The Iredell County Purchasing Division is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for the management, operation, and maintenance of the Twin Oaks Golf Course. This golf facility is situated at 320 Twin Oaks Road in Statesville, North Carolina, and encompasses 189 acres featuring an 18-hole course. Since July 1, 2018, the course has been managed under a lease with Twin Oaks Golf Club, LLC, which is set to expire on June 30, 2027.
Important Dates for Interested Firms
A mandatory informational meeting for prospective proposers will take place on October 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the golf course location. Following this meeting, any questions regarding the proposal process must be submitted by 2:00 PM on October 20, 2026. The final deadline for submitting proposals is scheduled for October 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Proposals will be accepted through the OpenGov platform.
