Pardisi Brothers’ Journey from Afghanistan to Education
The Pardisi brothers—Ashiqullah, Atiqullah, and Najeebullah—have charted an inspiring course from their roots in Afghanistan to their academic achievements at Fayetteville State University in North Carolina. All three siblings have successfully completed Master of Business Administration degrees, utilizing their education to forge distinct professional paths while also contributing to their communities.
Academic Foundations and Professional Growth
Ashiqullah Pardisi, who graduated in 2021, found Fayetteville State to be an ideal choice due to its affordability and robust business curriculum. Balancing his studies with a full-time job as a foreign language instructor for soldiers at Fort Bragg, he earned his bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on banking and finance from 2015 to 2019. His experience as a graduate assistant under the mentorship of accounting professor Robert W. McGee was pivotal in shaping his academic career.
Ashiqullah attributes much of his success to the support he received from faculty at FSU, stating that their mentorship profoundly impacted his personal and professional development. He has since expanded his academic pursuits, recently completing a doctorate in business from the European Institute of Management & Technology in Switzerland. In addition to his professional role overseeing internal audits across healthcare facilities, he has authored multiple publications, including a recently released book on healthcare auditing fundamentals.
Community Service and Leadership
Following in his brother’s footsteps, Atiqullah Pardisi pursued his MBA at Fayetteville State, motivated by Ashiqullah’s experiences. Graduating in December 2025, Atiqullah concentrated on business intelligence and data analytics. His academic training has equipped him to make significant contributions to the Refugee Community Partnership in Carrboro, where he assists immigrant families in accessing vital resources.
Having arrived in the United States in 2013, Atiqullah draws from his own experiences of adapting to a new culture, which informs his work in community service. He emphasizes the importance of resilience and education, believing that his role allows him to give back to those who face challenges similar to those he once encountered.
Technological Expertise and Future Aspirations
Najeebullah Pardisi, the youngest brother, followed a similar trajectory, enrolling at Fayetteville State after leaving Afghanistan in 2021. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science already under his belt, he sought to advance his education in a supportive environment. He graduated in 2025 with an MBA in business intelligence and data analytics, achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Najeebullah credits his academic advisor for guiding him through his studies, which have enabled him to work as a business intelligence developer in the Triangle region. His unique combination of technical skills and business acumen allows him to assist organizations in making informed decisions through data analysis.
Despite the challenges of balancing family and professional life, Najeebullah values the significance of his educational journey and hopes to inspire others from diverse backgrounds to pursue their own academic and career goals.
